Terms & Conditions

Article 1. Applicability

1.1 In these general terms and conditions the following definitions apply: Subscription, Content, Consumer, Service, Customer, Affiliate, Agreement, Service Provider, Business Customer.

1.2 These General Terms and Conditions replace all general terms and conditions that were declared applicable upon the conclusion of a previous Agreement.

1.3 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all online offers from the Service Provider and to all agreements concluded online with the Service Provider.

Article 2. Offers, orders and agreements

2.1 All offers from the Service Provider are without obligation.

Article 3. Conformity

3.1 Statements from the Service Provider with regard to performance, properties, etc. are only approximate.

Article 4. Affiliate & Publisher Rules

4.1 Affiliates who promote a Service Provider service are obliged to adhere to conditions.

Article 5. Intellectual property

5.1 Access to the service by the customer does not result in any intellectual property rights being transferred.

Article 6. Prices

6.1 The purchase price and additional costs are clearly stated on the website.

Article 7. Subscriptions, rates, payment

7.1 Each subscription is entered into by the customer for an unlimited duration.

Article 8. Force majeure

8.1 If the Service Provider is prevented from fulfilling the agreement due to force majeure.

Article 9. Reflection period

9.1 The statutory cooling-off period does not apply to the service.

Article 10. Liability

10.1 The Service Provider is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the service.

Article 11. Privacy

11.1 The Service Provider respects the privacy of the Customer and processes data according to the Privacy Statement.

Article 12. Final provisions

12.1 All disputes will be settled exclusively by the competent court in the Netherlands.
